Billing and auto-renewal
Essential is $85/month, Signature $150/month, and Black $300/month, plus any applicable tax. New memberships have an initial commitment of 3 monthly billing cycles, paid monthly, not upfront. The initial total is $255 for Essential, $450 for Signature, or $900 for Black, plus applicable tax.
Your monthly membership fee stays fixed during the initial term. Your billing cycle starts on enrollment and renews monthly on the date shown in your membership details. After the initial term, your membership renews month-to-month until cancellation takes effect.
By signing, you authorize the monthly charges for the initial term and ongoing monthly charges afterward until cancellation takes effect under these terms, subject to applicable law. These terms apply only to new enrollments under this agreement on or after October 16, 2026; existing members keep the cancellation terms they previously accepted.
Cancel and pause
Request cancellation at any time by emailing hello@monanailstudio.com. You may also call or text (213) 415-4866. We will confirm receipt and the effective cancellation date by email.
During the initial term, cancellation is scheduled for the end of the third billing cycle. The remaining monthly charges in that term stay scheduled, except where required otherwise by law. You do not need to submit another request when the initial term ends.
After the initial term, request cancellation before your next renewal to end membership at the end of the current paid billing cycle, with no further renewal charges. You retain the benefits of paid cycles until they expire. No new 3-month commitment begins with monthly renewal.
Pauses are not offered. If you cancel and later enroll in a new membership, the pricing and terms you accept for that new enrollment apply. Existing members are not assigned a new minimum term merely because this page or a plan description changes.
Expiry of services and credits
Included services and customization credits expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle. They do not roll over, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not refundable, except where required by law. There are no partial-cycle refunds except where required by law.
Credit rules
Signature includes $15 and Black $50 in customization credit per billing cycle; Essential has no customization credit. Use credit toward nail art, cat eye and other eligible design options across visits, up to the cycle's total allowance. You pay any amount above the remaining credit. Credit cannot pay for services (including removal, repairs or simultaneous mani-pedi), membership fees, products, tax, or tips and has no cash value.
Fair use and the 5-visit cap
Essential includes 1 manicure or pedicure per cycle; Signature includes 2, in any mix. Any manicure or pedicure style is eligible, with a single-color finish. Black includes up to 5 visits per cycle, with one manicure, pedicure, or extension service at each visit. Each tier also includes standard removal and 1 nail repair per cycle. Membership appointments are subject to availability. Further services are paid separately at your member discount. Customizations are charged separately, after any available customization credit.
Discounts
Essential receives 10%, Signature 15%, and Black 20% off additional services. Discounts do not apply to customizations (including nail art and cat eye), products, membership fees, tax, or tips.
Failed payments
If payment fails, Mangomint may retry the charge. Update your payment method or contact us to resolve the balance. Membership benefits require a paid, active membership.
You may still request cancellation by emailing hello@monanailstudio.com if payment is due or you cannot access the client portal. Failed payment does not by itself start a new 3-month term.
No-show and late policy
Give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Where a booking deposit is charged, the studio's existing 50% deposit policy applies: it is refundable with at least 24 hours' notice and retained for cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require a shortened service or rescheduling.
Price-change notice
Your service prices remain locked at enrollment rates while your membership stays continuously active. Your monthly membership fee also stays fixed during the initial 3 billing cycles.
After the initial term, we will give 30 days' written notice before increasing your monthly membership fee. You may request cancellation before the increase so that no renewal is charged at the new fee.
Non-transferable
Memberships, included services, credits, and member discounts are personal to the enrolled member and cannot be shared or transferred.
Tax and tip
Applicable taxes and gratuities are not included in membership fees or customization credits. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout. Tips are optional and paid separately.
