Acceptance of terms
By using this website or booking a service with MONA Nail Studio — in person, by phone, or through our online booking partner, Mangomint — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book a service.
Bookings, deposits & cancellations
A 50% deposit secures your appointment and is applied to your service total. It's fully refundable when you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead; within 24 hours, the deposit covers the reserved time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may mean a shortened service or a reschedule. If anything lifts or chips within 7 days of your visit, we'll repair it at no charge. Memberships
Memberships are recurring subscriptions, billed automatically each month to the card on file, and renew automatically until cancelled. A 3-month minimum commitment applies; after that, you can cancel anytime — from your Mangomint account or by contacting us — effective at the end of your current billing cycle, with no further charges. Included services refresh each cycle and do not roll over. Full tier details, pricing, and terms are on our Membership page.
Gift cards
Gift cards are redeemable for services at MONA Nail Studio and, in accordance with California law, carry no expiration date and no fees.
Promotions
Promotional codes, such as a first-visit discount, are limited to one use per new client and may not be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise at the time.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — including our name, logo, photography, and copy — is owned by MONA Nail Studio and may not be reproduced without permission.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
This site is provided as-is, for informational and booking purposes. We make every effort to keep pricing, hours, and policy information accurate, but we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
