Billing & Commitment
How does billing work?
Memberships renew and are billed automatically each month to the card on file until cancelled. Included services refresh every cycle and do not roll over, to encourage a regular maintenance rhythm.
Can I cancel or pause my membership?
We ask for a minimum 3-month commitment. After that period, you can cancel anytime — from your Mangomint account or by contacting us — effective at the end of your current billing cycle, with no further charges.
Booking & Guests
Price lock: Members keep today's service pricing for as long as they stay enrolled, even as studio rates adjust.
Guest passes: Signature and Black members each receive one guest pass per month — a friend books at member pricing. Guest passes are non-transferable between billing cycles.
