Billing & Commitment
How does billing work?
New memberships begin with 3 monthly billing cycles, paid monthly, then renew month-to-month until cancellation takes effect. Your cycle starts on enrollment, and your monthly fee stays fixed during the initial term. Unused services and customization credit expire each cycle, with no rollover or cash value. Can I cancel or pause my membership?
Email hello@monanailstudio.com to request cancellation at any time, or call/text (213) 415-4866. During the initial term, we schedule cancellation for the end of the third billing cycle; you do not need to request again. After that, request before renewal to end membership at the end of your paid cycle. Pauses are not offered. Existing members keep their original cancellation terms. See cancellation terms.
Benefits & Price Lock
Are my service prices locked?
Keep your enrollment-date service pricing while continuously enrolled. Your membership fee also stays fixed during the initial 3 billing cycles. After that, fee increases require 30 days’ written notice, and you may cancel before a higher renewal charge. See price-change terms.
How do credits and discounts work?
Signature includes $15 and Black $50 in customization credit per billing cycle for nail art, cat eye and other design options. Use credit across visits and pay any excess; unused credit expires. Your tier’s discount applies to additional services, not customizations or products. See credit rules and discount terms.
What does Black include?
Black includes up to 5 manicure, pedicure or extension visits per billing cycle, plus $50 in customization credit and 20% off additional services. Appointments are subject to availability. See Black membership terms.
