The Experience
How should I arrive for my appointment?
Bare nails are ideal. If you're wearing gel or extensions — ours or another studio's — add a Gel Removal to your booking so there's time to take it off properly before we begin.
What is the 7-day guarantee?
We stand behind our work. If anything lifts or chips within 7 days of your visit, come back and we'll repair it — on us.
How do I make a set last 4+ weeks?
Cuticle oil, daily — the one habit that keeps hard gel flexible and your nails healthy. Wear gloves for cleaning, and book a fill or rebalance around the four-week mark.
Booking & Cancellations
Deposits: A 50% deposit secures your appointment and is applied to your service total. It's fully refundable when you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead.
Cancellations: We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Within 24 hours, the deposit covers the reserved time.
Late arrivals: To protect the calm for everyone, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may mean a shortened service or a reschedule.
